
Vouchers
Please note that we cannot accept any expired vouchers. All vouchers have 12 months expiry date and should be used within this time.
Advanced Bookings
If you would like a regular appointment, weekly or monthly. Please complete an advanced booking form and hand it to reception. We will then look after all your future appointments up to 6 months in advance.
Arriving Late
Late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time. As courtesy to the next client your treatment time will end at the time originally scheduled.
Appointment Bookings
We strongly suggest you make your treatment booking in advance. Esthetique programs may require longer.
Cancellations
We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. This will avoid a 50% charge as we will be unable to fill appointments at short notice.
Cancellations List
We offer a weekly cancellation list if your requested appointment is unavailable. This is suitable for clients who are available at short notice.
Client Comments
In order for us to continually improve and offer the best possible service, we welcome all comments. It is valuable to us, so please speak to the manager or fill in a discreet comments form available at the reception.
Children
For the convenience of other clients trying to relax and for safety reasons, we kindly request that you do not bring children with you for your treatment.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% or credit card details are required for all treatments over 1 hour and for all cosmetic medicine treatments at the time of booking.
Mobile Phones
All mobile telephones must be switched off when entering Esthetique for treatments.
